Inside Sales – Carlsbad, CA & Nampa, ID

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on incoming leads
• Actively prospect for new potential clients;
• Enthusiastically pursue an active sales pipeline;
• Contact prospective clients daily via phone, email, and/or in person;
• Provide timely follow up on inquiries;
• Assess prospective clients' accounts receivable and aging information to determine
relevant financing options for their business;
• Maintain competitive position in the market place throughout sales process;
• Adhere to our company pricing guidelines;
• Prepare and issue contracts and agreements to prospective clients;
• Answer questions about the contracts and agreements;
• Assess company’s chances of winning the transaction;
• Submit documentation to the underwriting team;
• Track all opportunities from beginning to end in the company’s CRM system;
• Remain current with respect to changes in the industry, such as competition, trucking
industry updates, and selling techniques; and
• Perform other related duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Must be money motivated and driven to compete;
• Must have inside sales experience;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills;
• Experienced at building relationships and trust over the phone;
• Strong drive and ability to reach and exceed monthly goals in a performance-based
position
• Undeterred by rejection;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Ability to learn new skills quickly;
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive inside sales environment;
• Excellent Time Management;
• Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner with team members and customers; and
• Proven ability to be effective and thrive in a self-directed, fast-growth, changing
environment.
