Administrative Assistant/Customer Service/Data Entry – Nampa, ID

Responsibilities

• Be able to bill over 100+ Debtors Invoices Daily
• Send and Respond to 100+ Emails Daily
• Identify potential invoice discrepancies and notify Collections Supervisor with details.
• Retrieve and forward missing paperwork via email to account debtors
• Assist with inbound Client calls

Qualifications

• 1 + year of collections experience
• Great attitude and good phone skills
• Must have computer experience
• Must be super organized, and a stickler for accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment a must
